Elderact: an innovative Rotary sponsored project that brings the model of Rotary meetings, leadership structure and Rotary Leadership Institute and community service project planning and implementation to senior centers, senior nursing facilities, and senior residences that will off numerous opportunities to collaborate 

Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI): a 4-part program designed to encourage the exchange of Rotary information and ideas via a small group discussion format. Topics covered in the one-day sessions include: Membership Recruitment and Retention, Club Publicity, Creating Successful Fundraiser, Ethics, Goal Setting, and Our Foundation.
